About the role

Entravision seeks a news photographer/editor to create and edit video content for broadcast and online platforms. The role involves shooting and editing news packages, operating studio cameras during live shows, and delivering coverage across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams across the U.S. to produce and edit video content
• Shoot and edit voice-overs, voice-over-sound-on-tape (VO-SOT), and news packages for broadcast and online postings
• Operate studio cameras during live newscasts and special shows
• Play back videos during assigned newscasts
• Adapt to changing schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifts with little notice

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in news photography and editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Final Cut software preferred
• Strong video compositional skills and ability to tell visually compelling stories
• Fluency in Spanish and English (speak, read, and write)
• Valid driver’s license and unrestricted work authorization in the United States
• Willingness to submit to a background investigation

Position Type

Full-time; actual schedule and hours may vary. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
