Responsibilities

• Capture candid moments of attendees throughout the event
• Photograph key program elements including prepared remarks and a panel discussion
• Document the overall atmosphere, energy, and attendee experience
• Deliver a mix of wide, medium, and close-up shots that reflect authentic engagement
• Collaborate with the on-site point of contact to ensure key moments are covered via shot list

Qualifications

• Proven experience photographing live events, activations, or community-focused programming
• Strong portfolio demonstrating candid, journalistic-style photography
• Skilled in capturing natural, unposed moments while also directing light group shots as needed
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Experience working at outdoor venues or locations with variable lighting
