About the role

Photographers at Bella Baby Photography are responsible for photographing families and their newborns in local hospitals. They edit and present their work to clients the same day the photos are taken. This position involves both exceptional photography skills and sales abilities, with a commission-based pay structure.

Responsibilities

• Photographing families and newborns in hospitals
• Edit and present photos to clients the same day they are taken
• Engage in sales activities as part of the business
• Adapt to the fast-paced environment of hospitals
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain client safety
• Participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Entry-level to mid-level photography experience, comfortable shooting in manual mode
• Experience with desktop photo editing software (Lightroom/Photoshop)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Flexible 9-5 schedule, including some weekend work
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform moderate physical activity

Qualifications
