About the role

Bella Baby Photography is seeking photographers who are passionate about their craft, eager to learn new skills, and ready to embrace their entrepreneurial side. Photographers produce exceptionally beautiful photographs and are among the most talented in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Photograph families and their new babies in hospitals
• Edit and present work to clients the same day photographs are taken
• Paid on commission
• Incorporated sales training into the training program
• Hours can fluctuate week to week based on baby births
• Work in a fast-paced environment with challenges
• Multitask and stay on task
• Follow Bella Baby's process and hospital photography techniques
• Comply with HIPAA, hand washing, and safety techniques
• Participate in professional development

Requirements

• Entry-level to mid-level photography experience
• Comfortable shooting in manual mode
• Desktop photo editing skills (experience with Lightroom/Photoshop)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• 9-5 availability both on weekdays and weekends (some weekends are required)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform moderate physical activity, including carrying camera equipment, walking, and bending frequently

Qualifications
