What You Will Do
- Process Development & Ownership
- Assess current workflows and architect scalable project management processes for key content verticals including PDP video, PDP storytelling, Bundle requests, remerch requests, and ad hoc site changes.
- Develop intake systems, timelines, and accountability frameworks that bring clarity and consistency to how photo and video requests are handled end-to-end.
- Actively identify and implement AI-powered solutions to automate high-frequency, repeatable tasks — reducing manual lift and improving team throughput across the production workflow.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to creative production, championing adoption across your team and cross-functional partners.
- Launch Readiness & Creative Accountability
- Own launch readiness for all photo and video creative assets — ensuring that no product launch goes live with missing, incomplete, or delayed creative.
- Build and maintain visibility tools (trackers, dashboards, status reports) that give stakeholders real-time confidence in where assets stand ahead of every launch.
- Proactively flag risks, resolve blockers, and escalate where needed to protect launch timelines across turn-of-month and campaign cycles.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Project Managers across the Ecomm, Merch, and Creative teams to align on turn-of-month and campaign launch calendars.
- Manage resourcing requests from graphic design and copy teams, ensuring the right people are allocated to the right projects at the right time.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders to keep projects moving, escalate blockers proactively, and ensure deliverables land on time and on brand.
