Photo Reticle Technician
About the role
As part of the Photo Reticle Engineering team, Reticle Technician will be responsible for reticle inspection, cleaning, and disposition of reticle defects. Samsung Austin Semiconductor is a world leader in advanced semiconductor technology, innovating today to power the devices of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Cleanroom to perform day-to-day reticle inspection, cleaning, and disposition of defective reticles as needed
- Drive improvement within the process
- Document and improve reticle issues and standard work procedures
- Troubleshoot and manage manufacturing escalation situations regarding reticle availability
Skills and Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or other technical certification
- Experience as a Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant, or other medical technologist (external equivalent)
- Or 4 years of equivalent technical military service
- 1+ year experience in reticle process and/or reticle equipment tools
- Prior experience with reticle inspection processes such as inspection tools and cleaning tools is a plus
Pay
The current base salary range for this role is between $20.50/hour - $55.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications, and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
