Photo License Technician (PT Days 16-24 hours per week)

GENERAL SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Director of Photo License and Unique Source Products and Services District Manager, the Photo License Technician is responsible for the security of the Photo Center and its contents, processing of customers in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner, and the daily operation of the Photo License Center.

EDUCATION

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

WORK EXPERIENCE

No prior experience is required.

SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to manipulate a keyboard or keypad and use a point and click device (mouse).
• Must pass a security background check performed by Pennsylvania State Police.
• Ability to perform general mathematical functions (add, subtract, etc.).
• Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours and additional hours as needed.
• Ability to utilize a telephone.
• Ability to work for extended periods of time without a break.
• Ability to perform fine motor skills necessary to prepare and operate the photographic, facility and security equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry functions and processing.
• Good use of independent judgement is necessary.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Sedentary work: duties require exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally (approx. 5-10% of shift) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, and pull articles such as files.
• Position involves working in reaching and bending position throughout shift.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Works in a well-lit office environment.
