Photo Equipment Technician - Nights
Position Summary
In your role as a Photo Equipment Technician you'll be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set-up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, as well as performing maintenance and quality testing related to the photolithography equipment. You'll also use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments, flow adjustments, and mechanical repairs. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.
Role And Responsibilities
- Ensuring a safety and quality centered mindset while working with basic hand tools within the photolithography processes
- Troubleshooting by performing data analysis and hardware failure analysis/repair in a high-pressure atmosphere
- Utilizing onboard diagnostics to understand and correct equipment issues; and thoroughly documenting all repairs and maintenance
- Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes
Skills And Qualifications
- Associates degree or other technical certification
- 2+ years equivalent relevant technical and/or Military service
- Prior experience with mechanical or computer-based troubleshooting
- Familiarity with 6S best practices
Pay
The current base salary range for this role is between $18.60/hour - $60.40/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
Schedule
Night Shifts Include: B Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays; D Shift – Wednesday through Friday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays.
