Phones/Expo

About the role

We are looking for a phones/expo team member who will interact with the public by taking orders, processing payments, and answering questions. After initial training, you may also be trained as an expeditor, responsible for final quality control checks before food leaves the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders over the phone and in person
• Process cash and card transactions accurately
• Answer customer questions about menu items and services
• Perform quality control checks as an expeditor before food is served

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Attention to detail
• Availability for night and weekend shifts
