At Chuy’s, the fun begins with YOU! As an Expo, you manage tickets, control the pace, and keep front and back of house in sync. You ensure every plate is hot, fresh, and made from scratch, from perfect plating to the final touches. You lead the culinary team, maintain top-notch quality, uphold the highest safety and sanitation standards, and help turn guests into fans for life while delivering consistently great food.
