About the role

X PERFORELECE GROUP LLC is looking for motivated, energetic sales professionals to join our call center team. As a Call Center Sales Representative, you'll connect with prospective clients, educate families about our athlete development programs, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective clients.
• Speak with parents and athletes about available training programs.
• Understand each family's goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Answer questions and guide prospective clients through the enrollment process.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer records using company systems.
