Phone Sales Manager - Remote

About the role

Mallory Portraits is a 15-year-old portrait studio that donates over 2,000 portraits annually to community fundraisers. We are seeking a Booking Manager with a proven track record in outbound phone sales and a strong performance history.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4+ reservation specialists who convert warm leads into booked portrait sessions, collecting a deposit on every call.
• Implement marketing campaigns and manage the CRM, Slack, and Claude.
• Run daily mini-huddles via Google Meet, conduct weekly 1:1 scorecards, and handle escalations.
• Manage scheduling, analyze call center data, and report results to ownership.
• Hire and train new reservation specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound phone sales with demonstrable performance numbers (booking rate, close rate, conversion rate).
• Minimum 8 years in sales with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience coaching to specific skill gaps, not general motivation.
• Tech fluency: GHL, Acuity Scheduling, Google Meet, Slack.
