About the role

Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage. Enjoy uncapped commissions and offer loan products for all borrower types. You can add additional loan officers to your team or operate as an individual LO. The company is licensed in 28 states and growing, with administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own profit‑and‑loss statement while operating remotely.
• Recruit and onboard additional loan officers to expand your team, or work independently as an individual LO.
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and utilize corporate support for administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Active NMLS/MLO license (required).

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3‑5 loan units per month.
