About the role

We are hiring for the following positions at our Surprise, Arizona location (15562 N Reems Rd, Surprise, AZ 85374):

• Preschool Lead Teacher
• Teachers
• Support and Float Teachers
• Cook

Open interviews will be held on Thursday, August 14th from 9am–4pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a research-based curriculum in a home-like environment
• Provide care and compassion for children and their families
• Collaborate with team members and maintain open communication
• Manage classroom activities and maintain a nurturing learning space

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours
• Previous experience as a preschool teacher preferred
• Demonstrated classroom management skills preferred
• Must meet all minimum state licensing and certification requirements
