Phlebotomy Technician

Location: US:NY:Williamsville – Rehab & Pathology (Flint Road Lab)

About the role

To perform clerical and patient care support by registering, ordering, collecting, processing, and distributing clinical lab specimens and/or performing limited non-complex laboratory tests.

Schedule

• Part-Time, benefit eligible
• Bi-weekly standard hours: 50.25 (FTE: 0.670000)
• Shifts available: 5a–10a, 6a–11a, 7a–12p, 8a–1p, 9a–2p, 10a–3p, 11a–4p, 12–5p
• Weekend/holiday work required
• On-call not required
• Onsite work arrangement

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduate of certified phlebotomy tech program
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a lab/hospital setting
• Must meet and maintain Fleet Safety Program criteria
• Data Entry Alpha Numeric (Hard Copy) proficiency
• NYS Driver’s License upon hire

Pay

Salary range: $23.27 – $29.44 per hour. Wage determined based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
