Phlebotomy Representative - Site Lead
for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)
2. Use - for lists,
for prose
3. Do NOT repeat job title as heading
4. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings
5. Preserve ALL substantive information
6. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions)
7. Include a section ONLY when there's real specific content - no filler/placeholder text
8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them
9. Output ONLY HTML fragment - no /, no markdown code fences
Let me analyze the job posting content:
- Job title: Phlebotomy Representative - Site Lead - Fremont, CA
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with rotational weekends
- Pay range: $31.10 - $33.80 / hour (with details about factors)
- Benefits: extensive list provided
- Responsibilities: detailed sections (Specimen Collection & Processing, Patient Experience & Customer Service, Site Support, Operations & Compliance)
- Qualifications: Required Work Experience (2 years), Preferred Work Experience (customer service), Physical And Mental Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, Education, Technical Training Or Professional Licensing
- About The Team: some info about veterans, staffing partners, EEO
I need to structure this into appropriate sections. The posting has clear sections already. I'll map them:
- Pay section (since pay range is given)
- Schedule section (since schedule is given)
- Benefits section (since benefits are detailed)
- Responsibilities section (detailed)
- Qualifications section (detailed)
- Maybe "About the role" or "About the team" for the team info
But note: "About the role" is not explicitly in the posting, but there's a description at the top: "Deliver professional phlebotomy services..." That could be "About the role". The posting starts with "Job Description This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license..." then "Phlebotomy Representative - Site Lead - Fremont, CA, Monday to Friday..." then pay range, then benefits, then "Deliver professional phlebotomy services..." which seems like a summary of the role.
I'll create sections for:
- Pay (since pay range given)
- Schedule (since schedule given)
- Benefits (since benefits listed)
- About the role (the prose description)
- Responsibilities (with sub-sections maybe? But rule says use h3 for section headings. Could use h3 for each responsibility category? The rule says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So I should use h3 for each major section. The responsibilities have sub-categories: Specimen Collection & Processing, Patient Experience & Customer Service, Site Support, Operations & Compliance. I could make each an h3? But that might be too many. The rule says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." But the responsibilities are detailed and each sub-category has multiple bullet points. I think it's okay to have h3 for each responsibility area, but the example list includes "Responsibilities" as a section heading. Probably they want one "Responsibilities" h3 and then sub-lists. However, the posting has distinct categories. I'll use h3 for "Responsibilities" and then maybe use ? But the rule only mentions h3. It says "Use for section headings". It doesn't forbid h4, but to be safe, I'll use h3 for each major section. The responsibilities could be one section with sub-headings as or just separate lists with bold labels. But the rule says "Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". So I can have a list for each sub-category. I'll use
for "Responsibilities" and then for each sub-category, I'll use a
Specimen Collection & Processing
followed by . That's acceptable.
Similarly for Qualifications: there are sub-categories: Required Work Experience, Preferred Work Experience, Physical And Mental Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, Education, Technical Training Or Professional Licensing. I'll make "Qualifications" an h3 and then sub-sections with bold labels.
Now, the "About The Team" section: it's short, but has some info. I'll include as "About the team" h3.
Also, there's a note about state phlebotomy license at the very top: "This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV)." That's important and should be included, maybe in Qualifications or a separate note. I'll include it in Qualifications under licensing.
Now, remove boilerplate: The EEO statement at the end: "Equal Opportunity Employer: Race/Color/Sex/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Religion/National Origin/Disability/Vets or any other legally protected status." That's boilerplate, remove. Also "Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records..." is legal boilerplate, but it's specific to laws, maybe keep? The rule says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. That includes fair chance ordinances? Probably remove. Also "Quest believes that conviction records may have a direct, adverse..." remove. Also "Quest Diagnostics honors our service members..." and "While we appreciate and value our staffing partners..." remove. Also "Quest will not be responsible for paying agency fees..." remove.
Also the first line "Job Description" is a heading, but we don't repeat job title. The job title is already shown on page, so we don't include it as heading. But the schedule and location are in that line: "Phlebotomy Representative - Site Lead - Fremont, CA, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with rotational weekends". That's schedule and location. I'll put schedule in Schedule section, location maybe in About the role or Schedule.
Now, let's craft HTML.
