Phlebotomy Coordinator

About the role

This is a Contract position based out of Fanwood, NJ. The role is fully onsite. The position is anticipated to close on Sep 20, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, label specimens, and centrifuge them as necessary.
• Update patient information accurately.
• Demonstrate techniques using straight needles and butterfly needles.
• Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required.
• Package specimens for transport and store them at required temperatures.
• Answer telephone inquiries and read laboratory results.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with Pediatrics & geriatrics in Hospital / Clinic / Lab is mandatory.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr (fixed hourly rate). Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
