Job Summary and Qualifications
TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center is seeking a Phlebotomist PRN to join their team. This position involves patient specimen collection, computer processing, and report distribution.
- Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
- Participates in patient specimen collection responsibilities.
- Computer processing of patient specimens before and after collection.
- Process and distribute patient reports.
- Demonstrates understanding and adherence to StoneCrest Code of Conduct.
- Performs any duties necessary to the efficient and quality operation of the department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D., preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Good written/verbal communication skills
- Phlebotomy training and experience, preferred
