About the role
Performs a variety of generally routine duties involved in the drawing and collection of blood specimens from identified patients. Records necessary information following established methods and procedures and all hospital rules and regulations. Also performs duties relative to receiving and processing specimens and maintaining laboratory supplies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Associate's Degree Preferred
- Non-Degree Program in Medical Assistance or related program Preferred
Requirements
- 1 year experience in Phlebotomy Preferred
- Driver's License Required
