Phlebotomist Part Time/Per Diem

About the role

ANY LAB TEST NOW® and ARCpoint Labs are seeking a skilled, customer-focused Phlebotomist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered retail healthcare environment focused on accessibility, efficiency, and high-quality diagnostic services.

Responsibilities

- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with accuracy and care - Properly label, handle, and process specimens in accordance with protocols - Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company standards - Provide excellent customer service in a retail healthcare setting - Support a wide range of services including blood testing, drug screening, and DNA/paternity testing - Assist with front desk duties as needed (check-in, scheduling, data entry, payments) - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

- Phlebotomy certification preferred (or equivalent experience) - Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Basic computer and data entry skills required
