Phlebotomist (Part-Time)

The Opportunity We’re seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and experienced Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our NYC clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in phlebotomy and also brings operational know-how to support clinic workflows, inventory management, and patient experience initiatives. You will be instrumental in maintaining a high standard of care, safety, and efficiency in a modern, high-touch wellness environment. What You’ll Do Phlebotomy & Clinical SupportPerform venipunctures and specimen collection with high proficiencyLabel, process, and prepare samples for shipment to external labsEnsure proper patient identification and maintain accurate documentationOperational SupportMonitor and restock medical and lab inventoryAssist with ordering and tracking lab kits and suppliesMaintain cleanliness and compliance of the lab and exam spacesSupport daily clinic opening/closing procedures and patient flowHandle drop-off and support for all specimen shipmentsPatient Interaction & CommunicationEducate patients on the phlebotomy process and answer related questionsDocument interactions in the EMR system and communicate clearly with the care teamUphold a welcoming and professional patient experience What You’ll Need Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) required2+ years of experience in phlebotomy, preferably in a high-volume and/or wellness-oriented settingExperience with clinic operations or administrative support in a healthcare settingFamiliarity with EMR systems (e.g., Cerbo, Acuity, etc..)Excellent communication and multitasking skillsComfortable working in a startup or fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
