Phlebotomist | No Experience Required

About the role

We're hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations within a 260-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed.
• Perform blood draws (paid training provided).
• Manage accurate and organized donor information.
• Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested in your career and success.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED - Required
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record - Required
• Ability to travel as required
• Able to lift 40 pounds - Required

Pay

$18.08–$19.65/hour, plus a 5% Mobile Premium and applicable weekend differential.

Schedule

During Training: Mon-Fri for 10 weeks. 8am-4:30pm (first two weeks) and 9am-5:30pm for the remainder of the 10 weeks.

After Training: Full-Time, with variable hours between 5am and 11pm. There are two schedules: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.

Travel Expectations: Our Mobile Phlebotomists can travel with the Phlebotomy team up to a 260-mile range from Spokane. Overnights occur weekly with hotel and meals covered!
