Phlebotomist | No Experience Required

Pay

$18.08 - $19.65 per hour, plus a 5% premium while working mobile locations.

Schedule

Full-time (Monday – Friday), with occasional weekends. Travel up to 100 miles from Moses Lake, including weekly overnights as needed. Training will be conducted in Spokane, WA for 10 weeks (hotels and meals covered).

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed
• Perform blood draws (paid training provided)
• Manage accurate and organized donor information
• Set up, operate, and break down equipment at mobile blood drives
• Package and transport blood products according to established procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel throughout the service area, including overnight hotel stays
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

No prior phlebotomy experience is required. Paid training is provided. We hire caring, customer-focused people from all career backgrounds and provide the training needed to become a successful Mobile Phlebotomist.
