Phlebotomist

Job Description

Performs venipuncture and skin punctures competently and expediently as well as collection of various swabs.

Has thorough knowledge of test requirements, assists in Clinical Laboratory as needed.

• Responsibilities include blood cultures, blood samples, urine drug screening.
• Must be able to give instructions to patient for various specimen collections.
• Promote excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required—must be comfortable and professional in interacting with clients, office staff and patients.

Bonus

Up to $1500 sign-on bonus available.

Full Time - WEO Shift 6:00pm-6:00am; Friday, Saturday, Sunday
