Phlebotomist - Lee White Clinic - Full time - Day shift

Job Summary

As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in the accurate and timely collection, processing, and distribution of laboratory specimens, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and microcollection with precision and compassion
• Ensure timely, high-quality specimen collection, processing, and distribution
• Accurately enter and maintain patient and specimen data in the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
• Perform Point-of-Care (POC) testing in accordance with departmental guidelines
• Serve as a Senior Phlebotomist when needed, providing guidance and support to peers

Additional Job Description

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician by NHA – National Healthcareer Association (required)
• At least one year of hospital-based phlebotomy experience (preferred)
