Phlebotomist/Laboratory Assistant, 24 hours, 2nd Shift, Lab Department
for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, application instructions. Also remove "Apply today." and the EEO statement. Also remove "Day Kimball Health is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "Day Kimball Health is a smoke free environment." Also remove "Why Choose Day Kimball Health?" maybe we can incorporate that into About the role? But we already have About the role summary; the "Why Choose..." is more about organization; could be part of About the role or separate? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine "Why Choose..." into About the role as additional prose. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can include it in About the role paragraph.
We need to include location and schedule? Location maybe as a short p under About the role or separate? Not a heading. Could include location in About the role paragraph.
Schedule: we need a Schedule section with the schedule details.
Benefits: list all benefits.
Let's extract details.
About the role summary: "As the Phlebotomist/Laboratory Assistant ,you will be a vital member of a dynamic team responsible for… Works directly with 2nd and 3rd shift clinical workers as ancillary technical employee obtaining blood specimens, planting microbiology specimens, running dispatch area, inputs reference laboratory results into LIS, puts specimens on instruments and performs some testing waived by CLIA. We need to preserve that exactly? Slight ellipsis "…" maybe we keep as is. We'll keep the sentence.
Also include "Why Choose Day Kimball Health?" paragraph: "The Care You Need. Close to Home.
