Phlebotomist II

About the role

This full-time opportunity is located at 4102 Woodlawn, Pasadena, Texas 77504. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the position is benefit eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect and prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing (bonus).
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (bonus).
