About the role
A temporary position for a Phlebotomist I at Southbury, CT 06488. The role is part of a transition from one site to another managed by PSR.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
- Show excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric procedures.
- Be flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience.
- One year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
- Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
