Phlebotomist I

About the role

We are seeking a Phlebotomist I to represent the company by drawing quality blood samples from patients, ensuring accuracy and safety in specimen collection and processing.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients to build trust, explain procedures, and perform blood draws skillfully and safely
• Follow established practices for specimen collection, preparation, and documentation
• Maintain a professional, confidential, and safe environment while demonstrating leadership and process excellence
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen duties accurately under supervision and uphold organizational standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy license and at least 6 months of experience
• WA MAP License required

Qualifications

• Preferred: Medical assistant or paramedic training and customer service experience
• Keyboard/data entry proficiency
