About the role
We are seeking a Phlebotomist I to represent the company by drawing quality blood samples from patients, ensuring accuracy and safety in specimen collection and processing.
Responsibilities
- Interact with patients to build trust, explain procedures, and perform blood draws skillfully and safely
- Follow established practices for specimen collection, preparation, and documentation
- Maintain a professional, confidential, and safe environment while demonstrating leadership and process excellence
- Perform clinical and forensic specimen duties accurately under supervision and uphold organizational standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy license and at least 6 months of experience
- WA MAP License required
Qualifications
- Preferred: Medical assistant or paramedic training and customer service experience
- Keyboard/data entry proficiency
