Job Description
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions. This role involves:
- Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.
- Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
- Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.
- Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.
- Working at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.
Experience
- 6 months of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).
- 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferred).
- Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred).
- Keyboarding/data entry experience (Preferred).
Pay
$19 - $21.00
Location
Titusville FL 32796
Duration
3-month contract with possible extension
Shift
- Tuesday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Every Saturday 6:00am - 12:00pm/EST
