Phlebotomist - Full-Time

About the role

This position involves performing venipuncture, capillary collection, and 12-lead EKGs across all age groups, ensuring proper specimen handling. Utilizes Laboratory Information Systems to manage workflows, respond to service requests, and accurately distribute reports. Provides patient care with professionalism, addressing age-specific needs and maintaining a customer-focused approach aligned with organizational goals. Supports quality initiatives through accurate documentation, compliance, and adherence to protocols. Contributes to lab operations by managing inventory and engaging in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program with 100 hours of clinical experience.
• Strong soft skills including customer service, multitasking, and collaboration.
