Phlebotomist - Float

Role: Float Phlebotomist responsible for performing blood draws, collecting specimens, and ensuring accurate data entry across multiple locations. Key Duties Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for all age groups.Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity, and alcohol tests.Process specimens and prepare them for testing.Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.Provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks.Travel between sites as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency.Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience; 2+ years preferred.Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently or in teams.Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle, ability to pass color blindness test, and at least 21 years old.Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime as needed. Additional Information: Compensation ranges from $17.75 to $24.00 per hour, with potential incentives and mileage reimbursement.
