Phlebotomist Float

Role: Float Phlebotomist responsible for performing blood collections, specimen processing, data entry, billing, and providing exceptional customer service across multiple locations. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for all age groupsCollect specimens for various tests, including drug screens and paternity testsAccurately enter patient information and process billing detailsPrepare specimens for testing and maintain logsProvide outstanding patient service and handle administrative dutiesTravel between sites as needed Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience; 3+ years preferred with pediatric and geriatric patientsCertified or completed training from an accredited agencyValid driver’s license with reliable transportation and clean recordStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and in teams, with flexibility for overtimeAble to pass color blindness test and be at least 21 years old Key Duties Travel to various sites within the regionWork in a fast-paced environment providing quality careUtilize strong interpersonal and organizational skills
