Phlebotomist Certified Primary Care Network

Department: Family Medicine – Laboratory | Full time, benefits eligible | 37 hours per week

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: lab open 08:00–17:00
• Friday: lab closes at 13:00
• Scheduled coverage: 08:30–17:30

Pay

Pay range: $19.80 – $29.70 per hour

Responsibilities

• Receive orders for laboratory testing
• Collect blood from patients of all ages and medical statuses
• Issue appropriate paperwork to in-house or external laboratories for processing
• Maintain laboratory in an efficient working state
• Perform lab procedures while ensuring quality control

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a formal training program in Phlebotomy
• Completion of departmental clinical evaluation checklist
• PBT (ASCP) or equivalent national certification
• At least one year of experience in a laboratory or physician’s office
