Phlebotomist

Position Specifications

• Educational Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent
• National Certification preferred but not required
• Minimum of one-year phlebotomy experience preferred but not required
• Previous admissions experience preferred but not required
• Experience with computers preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and insurance regulations preferred but not required
• CPR Certification within 4 weeks of start date. Must maintain an active CPR license at all times while at work.

• Physical injury/verbal abuse from out of control patients
