Phlebotomist

About the role

This position is Monday–Saturday, five days per week, primarily mobile operations with potential for fixed‑site work. Mobile drives are within a 200‑mile range of the Butte, MT location.

Base pay: $17.09 – $18.27 per hour, plus a 5% mobile premium. Salary is commensurate with experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Start date: December 14, 2026.

Training

• 10‑week paid mandatory training program; 100% attendance required.
• First 8 weeks in Billings, MT — hotel room and meals paid by the company.
• Classroom training: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm.
• Field training follows mobile drive schedules after classroom portion.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed throughout the donation process.
• Perform blood draws (paid training provided).
• Manage accurate and organized donor information.
• Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from managers invested in your career growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED — required.
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record — required.
• Ability to travel as required — required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds — required.
