Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. What to Expect Schedule: Schedule: Sunday -Thursday - Mobiles Includes frequent out-of-town travels, typically 3–4 days per week, with all expenses (lodging and meals) fully covered by the company. Start Date: 12/14/2026 Base pay: $17.09- $18.27 Other compensation: 5% mobile premium Training Information 10-week Paid Mandatory Training program - 100% attendance required.Monday - Friday 7:00am -5:30pm; for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
