Requirements

• Must have Phlebotomy certification
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to work 0750-1830, Monday through Friday
• You must be available to work at least 1 - 3 FULL days a week Monday through Friday
• This position will require rotating location and traveling
• Maintains HIPAA compliance

Schedule

• Part time position (1-3 days a week and on-call shifts)
• No weekends, nights or major holidays required

This position is for our Provo, Spanish Fork, Vineyard, Saratoga Springs, and American Fork locations.
