Requirements and Skills Needed
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license and proof of insurance as well as reliable transportation is required.
- EMT, Paramedic, LPN, C.N.A., or M.A. experience is a plus.
- You must be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people in a constantly changing environment.
- You must be teachable, reliable, and precise.
- You must follow all quality, safety, and privacy regulations.
About the Role
After completing our paid training program, you'll be ready to guide blood donors through the entire blood donation process including screening and drawing their blood while helping them to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. Whether at our donor center or at a blood drive, no two days are the same! But your work will always directly impact real people’s lives right here in our community.

Pay and Hours
- Competitive pay
- Full-time position, 40 hours/week
- Mobile blood drive position with hours between 5:00 am - 8:00 pm and rotating weekends
