Phlebotomist

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II - Float to support our client's healthcare facility in Naples, FL 34104.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, ranges from 5am-4pm with rotational Saturdays 6am-11:30am
• Location: Naples, FL 34104
• Float / Coverage Area: 25-30 miles
• Job Type: Local contract
• Contract Length: 6+ months
• Pay Range: $25.79 to $27.41/hour
• Mileage Reimbursement Rate (if applicable): $0.72/mile

Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Responsibilities

• Performs blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups
• Performs specimen processing and EKG in a safe, accurate, and professional manner
• Performs order entry; retrieves and verifies patient collection data and patient special notations using appropriate sources

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pediatrics Phlebotomy experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience required
