Responsibilities
- Performing blood draws, specimen collection, and processing
- Interpreting lab orders and ensuring accurate patient identification
- Following safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Specimen labeling, troubleshooting, and data entry
- Providing excellent customer service using AIDET guidelines
- Specimen processing and assisting with specimen transport
- Supporting staff and patients
- Flexibility to work various shifts (7:00am-6:00pm) and at different locations
Qualifications
- A high school diploma
- Experience in phlebotomy or specimen collection
- Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician preferred
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
