LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is looking for compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join their team as a Phlebotomist in Pensacola, FL.

About the Role

Help provide lifesaving blood products to local hospitals while creating a positive and supportive experience for donors throughout the donation process.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections and donor care procedures
• Ensure donor eligibility and maintain safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the donation process
• Accurately document donor information
• Support donor recruitment and scheduling efforts
• Assist with mobile blood drive operations as needed
• Work alongside a supportive team dedicated to serving the community

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible schedules
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• CDL holders encouraged to apply

Pay

Starting salary range is $14.50 - $15.95 an hour.

Schedule

Full-time opportunity with varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
