Responsibilities

• Aid in assessing donor suitability.
• Build rapport with donors to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Handle and respond to donor reactions.
• Maintain the health of donors and the quality of the product.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• An interest in making a positive impact.
• Required state licensures or certifications.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service standards.
• Interest in healthcare and patient care.
• Physical stamina to stand for 6-8 hours per day.
• Ability to bend, twist, and move hands frequently.
• Light lifting capacity of 50lbs.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The shift is typically from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
