Responsibilities

• Absorb and establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Maintain the health of donors and the quality of the product by monitoring them and the equipment.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• An interest in making a difference in the world.
• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Schedule

The shift is typically from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
