The posted compensation range of $19.01 - $24.24 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS)
• Previous experience in a health-related field
• Phlebotomy Cert

Qualifications

• Dynamic Phlebotomist
• Passionate about the health and well-being of patients
• Completed an accredited phlebotomy program (national certification preferred)

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
