Job Summary

This position performs blood collection and specimen processing. Assists with clerical duties as requested. Maintains laboratory collection turnaround time. Performs specimen processing.

Responsibilities

• Performs blood collection and specimen processing

• Maintains laboratory collection turnaround time
• Carries out specimen processing tasks

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED
• BLS-CPR within 90 days
• Phlebotomy certificate preferred
• 3 months phlebotomy experience in an acute care facility

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and time management skills
