Requirements

• Certificate of Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant education and clinical training from an approved program is preferred.
• Previous Phlebotomy or MA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process orders using a dedicated electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Collect, label, and process patient specimens with precision and care.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with all protocols.
• Manage lab equipment and inventory to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to support a positive patient experience.
