About the role
Phlebotomist position with a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages
- Collect and process blood specimens for laboratory testing
- Follow established protocols for specimen handling and patient identification
- Maintain accurate records of collections and patient information
- Provide appropriate care and support to patients during venipuncture procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a phlebotomy training program
- Certification as a phlebotomy technician
- Experience performing venipuncture on diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of infection control practices and safety protocols
