About the role

To plant and nurture gospel-centered churches among families and professionals in urban areas. This group is often highly educated and works in competitive environments, where secularism, materialism, and nominal Catholicism are prevalent.

Responsibilities

• Engage families and professionals through evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development
• Establish reproducing churches in urban contexts
• Identify and train local leaders
• Build healthy church communities
• Avoid working on a team
• Serve established churches
• Evangelize and disciple families and professionals
• Learn the appropriate language (Tagalog/English)
• Lead Bible studies and small groups
• Train and develop leaders
• Preach and model pastoral ministry
• Instill a love of multiplication and missions in the church
• Participate in team and field activities, including team meetings and the annual field conference
