This role is focused on operational excellence with high-touch and relationship management that bridges the gap between high-level event production and major gift development. The Philanthropy Officer (Special Initiatives & Engagement) creates and executes high-impact environments to cultivate new prospects and deepen donor involvement.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute high-impact environments for donor cultivation and engagement.
- Bridge high-level event production with major gift development through relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of fundraising experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Associate’s Degree (College-level education).
- Preferred Education: Master's Degree.
Pay
The hourly salary rate range for this position is $99,507 - $164,559. When extending an offer of employment, factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, State, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations are taken into account.
